Project Description

The challenge with Maid in Barcelona was to create a digital platform that reflected the seriousness, empathy and extensive experience of a care and assistance services company. The goal was to develop a website that would not only function as a detailed catalog of their services -from elder care and nannies to cleaning and legal advice-, but also convey the trust and support of a team with more than 35 years of experience. We needed a visually warm and professional design that would do justice to the dedication and humane treatment that characterizes them and, at the same time, be intuitive so that customers could find the comprehensive solution they needed for their home or business.

The Result

The result is a website that inspires confidence and simplifies the search for home care services. Through a clean and organized interface, the visual design brings the company's range of customized solutions to the forefront. The website's structure clearly organizes its services - elder care, child care, domestic service, business cleaning - allowing customers to understand the full offering and find the support they need to balance work and family life.

We implemented a simple and intuitive navigation system, which streamlines the consultation of services and contact modes, improving the customer experience from the first click. The platform now perfectly reflects the essence of Maid in Barcelona: professionalism, empathy and a deep commitment to the well-being of its clients, making it easier for more people to access quality assistance in Barcelona.
