These clauses will provide you with the information you need to know about our work method, and will serve as a guide in the resolution of doubts and/or conflicts that may arise.

Agreement between the client and NaturalWeb Design

This document is an agreement between you as the customer and NaturalWeb Design as your provider of web design, graphic design, marketing and other services described in this Web Site. By contracting the services of NaturalWeb DesignYou must have read and accepted the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement, as it lists the rights and obligations of both parties.

Quotation and work proposal

Our prices are subject to change without prior notice. In the event that the client has not contracted the project and the prices have been modified, a new quotation will be made with the new prices.

(1a.) Tax (VAT)
Our quotations are valid for 15 working days and include VAT, either with invoice or invoice if required, this tax only applies to customers with a valid RUT (tax identification number). Internal Revenue Service of Chile.

(2b.) Credit balance
In case of a favorable balance, this balance must be used in service hours. WebMaster o Mentoring. No discounts or refunds will be applied.

2. Project development

Advance payment
Before we begin work on any project, a retainer is required for our services.

For web development projects at least 50% down payment is required, the remaining 50% must be paid in full 30 days from the date of the down payment or upon delivery of the site if the site is delivered before the 30 days mentioned above.
In the case of any other service different from the one mentioned above, payment is cash against the contracting of the service.

Work process

The development is divided into five stages:

1. Material reception: The client sends the necessary material to start the project and all the information for the creation of the Site.

2. Design stage: Creation of the BrandBoard and MockUp, NaturalWeb Design will provide the client with a maximum of 3 proposals.

3. FeedbackThe work is done online and the client must provide comments and adjustments.

4. Project review stage The changes or adjustments indicated by the client are made, during this stage the client can request the adjustments that are explicit in the quotation. Additional revisions and modifications will have a cost to be quoted and agreed upon.

5 Sending materials or putting the web service online.

For web site only

NaturalWeb Design will present the design proposal (home page and internal pages) to the client for approval and/or modification. Once approved by the client, work will begin on the development (programming) of the project. Any additional modifications requested on the previously approved design will generate an extra charge. NaturalWeb Design will keep the customer informed.

At the end of the project development, the BETA version will be shown to the client, who will have to make a final review of the site to make sure that all the data is correct, and may also request the modifications mentioned in the quotation to adjust the last details.

Any additional information additions to the website or modifications to previously approved formats will be quoted separately. Sometimes it will be necessary to finalize the remaining 50% of the project before carrying out the new modifications. NaturalWeb Design undertakes to keep the customer informed and to determine the best time to carry out such modifications, taking into account the working hours and the difficulty of the modifications.

The Framework of the site is the sole responsibility of naturalweb.cl provided that it meets the client's requirements and must be aimed at the primary objective and the requested result, and that having met it, the choice of the Theme, Plugins or Addons will be the decision of naturalweb.cl which will inform the customer if there are any costs associated with them.

Likewise,  naturalweb.cl  may incorporate referential links to the developer and/or administrator in the client's site, these will be located in the Footer (Footer and in the footer of the purchase confirmation email in case of using Woocommerce), both links can be removed by the client at any time at the discretion of the client.

3. Final payment and delivery of the project

When the project is completed, the client will be asked for the final payment of 50%, if the 30-day deadline has not been met, which must be paid within the next 10 working days at the latest. If the client takes longer than the stipulated time to complete the project, a penalty of 2% will be charged on the final payment per day of delay. NaturalWeb Design is exempt from delivering the project to the client as long as the payment has not been paid in full.

(3a.) Warranty
The revision stage for warranty purposes is valid for 30 days and applies only to technical errors and not to changes.

(3b.) Editable files
Editable files will not be delivered to the client. Files that are in the shared Drive or on the same site are the only files that are delivered without having an agreement at the beginning of the project.

4. Extra Charges

In order not to affect the client's budget, any extra charges that may be generated during the project WILL ALWAYS BE NOTIFIED TO THE CLIENT BEFORE THE PROJECT IS COMPLETED. The client will decide to give approval to go ahead with the modifications, or discard them and continue with what was previously quoted. Extra charges can be calculated by hours of work taking into account the degree of difficulty of the modifications, or by object according to our price list.

(4a.) Site backup
If the client has his site in his own Hosting and wishes to back it up, an additional cost will be generated taking into account the hourly rate of the WebMaster service.

(4b.) Domain or external hosting
NaturalWeb Design will not be responsible for problems caused by external hosting or DNS. Time spent configuring or identifying problems, managing communication with your provider, etc. will be charged on an hourly basis as a WebMaster service. (4c.) Mail accounts
NaturalWeb Design will not migrate or configure email accounts associated with your domain, whether they are new accounts or when changing the hosting, if you require this service the customer can hire hours of WebMaster service.

(4d.) Technical support
Technical support other than what is quoted has an additional cost and may be quoted or charged by the hour.

5. Project cancellation and refunds

Any cancellation of the service by the customer is exempt from any refund of any amount of money by NaturalWeb Design. NaturalWeb Design is free to cancel or terminate the project in the event that the client, during the development of the project, does not comply with its obligations under this agreement.

The following are cases of project cancellation:
Abandoned project: After 20 working days of receiving the first deposit the project will be cancelled. If the client wishes to resume the project, it will be re-quoted in full.

Lack of material (content, photos, key information): If the client does not deliver the necessary material to carry out the project after 20 working days, the project will be cancelled or re-quoted.

Project on pause: If for any reason the project has to be put on pause, the quotation will have to be revised and a new agreement will have to be reached.

Lack of response from the client: If within 20 working days the project is paused due to lack of response or interest from the client, it will be considered as an abandoned project.

6. Promotions

Promotions will be modified or replaced after some time. In the event that the promotion or discount is no longer on the site, NaturalWeb Design is not obliged to make such promotion valid.

Some promotions are exclusive to existing customers of the company. NaturalWeb Design to reward your loyalty and preference, and for this reason may not be applied to a new customer, under any circumstances.

7. Modifications to this agreement

The current terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice by NaturalWeb Design.

8. Subcontracting

NaturalWeb Design has the right to subcontract to ensure that projects are properly developed without prior notice to the client.

9. Pro-product terms:

Annual plugin licenses and Hosting (Kinsta hosting) When acquiring these products (services) the payment of the same is a commitment of one year and is renewed for the same amount of time. The cancellation of these by the client does not give the right to refund the remaining installments according to the contracted time.

10. Prohibited material:

NaturalWeb Design has the right to refuse the following:

• 1. Any means of communication that is illegal or inappropriate;
• 2. Any media containing a virus or hostile program;
• 3. Any means of communication that constitutes harassment, racism, violence, obscenity, spam, or intent to harm;
• 4. Any means of communication that constitutes a criminal offense, violates privacy or copyright;
• 5. Any other means of questionable shall be under the discretion of NaturalWeb Design.
