In textiles, margin gets lost between the cost sheet and the invoice
A garment takes fabric, trims, cutting, sewing and freight, each from a different supplier. If costing lives in one spreadsheet, quotes in another and orders in email, nobody knows for sure how much each order made until it's too late to fix.
NWA ERP ties the whole path together: costing feeds the quote, the approved quote creates the production order, purchase orders hang off it, and the invoice goes out via API from the customer's account.
What it does
Recipe-based costing
Each garment with its materials and services, expected margin and risk allowance. Suggested and adjusted price, computed server-side.
Customer quotes
PDF and email with the garment's tech sheet. Only code, quantity and price go out: no cost or margin ever reaches the customer.
Production and purchase orders
The production order comes from the costing and purchase orders link to it and to their supplier, with receiving of what arrives.
E-invoicing with Lioren
Invoices (DTE 33) via API from the customer's account, with advance payments, and payments synced to Lioren.
Accounts
Customers and suppliers with balances, payments and PDF statements sent by email.
Trader Operations
Commissions on brokered deals in US dollars, with payment tracking and outstanding balance per deal.
Comex Import
Import operations and a landed-cost simulator per product, with CIF and margin.
Customer ranking
Billing, balance, overdue, margin and actual days-to-pay for every customer, domestic and trader.
How it's implemented
- 01
We map your operation
How you cost, quote, produce and invoice today, and the documents your team uses.
- 02
We load your master data
Suppliers, customers, materials, services, currencies and margin and risk parameters.
- 03
We connect Lioren and go live
Invoicing in the test environment first, then production, alongside your team.
Costs and margins for owners' eyes
Sensitive information is kept apart by design: commercial documents can't leak a margin by accident.
Invoices that never duplicate
Each issue is saved before it's sent: if the response is lost, the retry recovers the same folio instead of issuing another.
Fast as it grows
Dedicated tables and logic in code, not a visual builder. React screens over an internal API.
Customer designs stay private
The tech-sheet image travels inside the PDF and is never stored on the server or given a public URL.
Frequently asked questions
Is it only for textiles?
It's designed for textiles and apparel (garments, materials, contract manufacturing, imports), but recipe-based costing and orders work for other manufacturing with adjustments.
What about exports?
The Comex Export module is in development; today the ERP covers domestic operations, trading and imports.
Can it adapt to my process?
Yes. Every implementation is tailored to your documents, margins and roles. That's why it's an implementation, not a download.
What if I don't use Lioren?
API invoicing today is with Lioren. If you use another provider, let's talk about the integration.
Is your textile company still costing in spreadsheets?
We'll show you the ERP running on a real case, from recipe to invoice.
