AmendoPRO Chile

AmendoPRO Chile

Overview

The challenge with AmendoPRO was to sell an idea rather than a product. Its peanut protein doesn’t compete on the supplement shelf based on the number of ingredients—quite the opposite: 57% protein, 85% less fat than traditional peanuts, no added sugar, and no lactose or gluten. A short, honest ingredient list. The problem is that in a category accustomed to promising complex formulas, simplicity can be interpreted as a lack of sophistication. The goal was to build a store that would make that transparency its main selling point, while also addressing an issue that isn’t visible from the outside: a brand that sells both on its own website and on marketplaces simultaneously cannot afford to keep inventory on hand in four different locations. The result is a store that educates before selling. The product description lists the complete amino acid profile and compares it to traditional peanuts—without any fine print—because a customer who understands what they’re buying will buy it again. The three varieties—Classic Peanuts, Cappuccino, and Chocolate—are presented as variations on the same promise, rather than as a catalog that forces customers to choose. Around the store, we created content that supports the purchasing decision: a recipe book organized by meal time—breakfast, pre-workout, snack—that answers the first-time buyer’s real question, which isn’t “what is this?” but “what do I do with this?”; and a nutrition blog that builds the brand’s organic visibility within its category. In the back office, we’ve implemented **b2cBridge**, our proprietary technology: it synchronizes prices and inventory with the marketplaces where AmendoPRO also sells, imports orders directly into WordPress, and automatically generates electronic invoices. The team manages a single inventory and a single order queue, without switching platforms or reconciling spreadsheets. The entire operation—data, customers, and sales—remains on its own server, without relying on an intermediary that owns the relationship with the buyer.
