Servisal

Overview
The challenge with Servisal was to bring together two distinct businesses—each operating in different spheres—onto a single platform. On one hand, at-home clinical respiratory diagnostic services; on the other, the distribution of specialized medical supplies and devices. The first is aimed at patients—or their families—who arrive frightened and with little information; the second, at healthcare professionals and institutions that already know exactly what they’re looking for. The goal was to build a site that would serve both without making either feel like they’d come to the wrong place, and that would highlight what the company stands for: more than fifteen years of specialization in a field where experience isn’t a marketing pitch but a guarantee. The result is a platform that clearly distinguishes between the two paths right from the first screen. The clinical section presents at-home tests—respiratory polygraphy, nocturnal pulse oximetry, and sleep studies using the Biologix app—explained in plain language: what they involve, how they’re performed at home, and what to expect from the process. This information reduces patient anxiety and, in practice, also reduces the number of pre-test consultation calls. The supplies division organizes the catalog by product family—speech valves, bronchial hygiene products, filters, aerosol therapy devices, and educational models—with the level of technical detail a professional needs to make a decision without having to call. We highlight the company’s status as an official distributor of **Passy-Muir®** valves, because being an official representative of a world-renowned brand is a credential that specialized visitors recognize immediately. The entire structure is built around a single message: **experts in respiratory care since 2008**. The design strikes a balance between professionalism and approachability, with contact information and the location in San Miguel always easily accessible—because in home healthcare, physical proximity is key to building the trust that’s required.
